Solutions for vertical buildings
The climbing system allows the assembly and disassembly of sets of joint panels, covering large areas to be lifted by a crane.
The wall panels are fastened using conventional pins and wedges or screws, and flat ties are used as wall separators, which allows their removal without the need for dismantling.
The set uses two horizontal aligners, top and bottom, to prevent walls from deformation. These aligners are attached to the set with high-resistance iron screws.
The turnbuckle installed on the pre-assembled panels supports the wall formwork on the platforms or slabs by holding them and aligning them in the desired position according to the architectural design.
This includes the entire safety system, metal plank and guardrails, which allows the movement of the staff assembling the formwork.
The climbing scaffold receives the panels (bearing their weight) and, with the help of guide bases, ensures that the formwork is delivered, aligned and leveled.
